Job Description:
Customer service Representative- Logistics

We are seeking motivated Customer Services Representative who has worked in a customer care role within a high volume Warehouse and logistics industry

This role will be responsible for

  • Managing day-to-day servicing of a set clients ensuring that all service level agreements are achieved, internal SOPs are followed, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide quotes/estimates for various projects working with commercial team
  • Compile end of month charges for client billing
  • Attend client meetings when required
  • Management of day to day service and expectations of customer
  • Liaise with client on orders going out
  • Log client orders and manage orders up to order becoming a shipment
  • Receive and manage any customer complaints/service queries


Requirements

  • 2+ years of Warehousing experience and customer service experience
  • Use of powerpoint presentation and have advance excel skills
  • Be proficient with all Microsoft platforms
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Use initiative and be ago getter and problem solver
  • Possess a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
