About the Role:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our site management team to optimise our fixed and mobile plant processes. From enhancing productivity and safety to reducing costs and improving quality, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills in a dynamic environment. Whether it’s troubleshooting, data analysis, or implementing new initiatives, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Focus on enhancing equipment efficiency, optimising maintenance practices, and driving innovative solutions to improve plant performance
- Utilise data to refine our systems and processes, ensuring top-tier product quality
- Analyse KPIs and support the development of strategies to elevate performance across the board
- Identify cost control initiatives and implement tracking measures to maximise impact
- Support and drive safety initiatives, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards
- Engage in production trials, troubleshoot operational challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in engineering (BEng/MEng preferred) with a passion for process optimisation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a love for data-driven decision-making
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, and other relevant software used in process and cost modelling
- High focus on Health & Safety in the workplace
