As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced team leader to join their versatile team in Wiri.

About the role:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 20-30 employees, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring production targets are met. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and monitoring team performance, as well as driving continuous improvement in food manufacturing operations.

Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm (One Saturday every month in rotation)

What You'll Be Doing ?

  • Leading & Inspiring: Motivate, train, and guide your team to achieve production goals.
  • Optimizing Production: Allocate resources effectively to meet daily targets and maintain efficiency.
  • Ensuring Quality & Compliance: Uphold the highest food safety and compliance standards.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance metrics and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve challenges.
  • Prioritizing Safety: Promote and enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.


What We're Looking For?

  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in team supervision within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze production challenges and drive effective solutions.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident in engaging teams and providing clear direction.
  • Production Expertise: Understanding of manufacturing processes, change management, and resource planning.
  • Results-Driven: Passion for achieving operational excellence and meeting key performance targets.
