We’re have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated marketing professional to support three fun and unique sites across Auckland with one of the city’s largest organisations. You’ll collaborate with dynamic, passionate teams of dedicated marketing professionals.

The role:

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, will work across the various streams of work across the team to support key projects that need to be delivered

• Asap – end of June 2025
• Central Auckland location/some flexibility to work from home
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Duties:

Aa a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including;

• Support website content updates, ensuring accuracy, optimisation, and accessibility.
• Assist with the setup and content development for new microsites.
• Implement basic SEO best practices, including metadata, alt text, and internal linking.
• Support digital content creation, including formatting and structuring for readability.
• Manage digital assets such as images, videos, and documents.
• Assist in delivering digital platform projects and content migration tasks.
• Provide administrative support for Content & Channels initiatives

About You:

This role is a generalist marketing position, and it is essential that you have confidence with project delivery and working alongside multiple teams. Ideally looking for;

• Experience with CMS platforms and website management.
• Strong copywriting and content optimisation skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
