About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Administrator to join our team in the Waikato. As the business Support Coordinator for our WEL team, you will ensure all administration functions within the office are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure that we are meeting and exceeding the needs of our internal and external customers.
Initially based in our Morrinsville depot, the role is expected to relocate to Hamilton in the coming months.
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
Previous office administration experience within an operations/industrial environment would be ideal as this role will see you responsible for many different areas within the depot. Offering first-rate organisational skills, you will also be able to offer:
- Experience in invoicing, data entry, reconciling and raising PO’s
- Strong MS Office skills and ideally Sharepoint
- Knowledge of JDE or similar ERP/Accounting software
