About the role
As one of the most recognised real estate training brands in the world, we pride ourselves on providing the best training and development programs to our network of business owners and agents.
Reporting to the NZ Head of Academy & National Performance Coach, you will support leaders within the organization as well as a diverse range of professionals, developing and delivering high-impact training and coaching solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and facilitating network-wide training sessions to enhance skill development and meet performance outcomes
- Supporting business owners with specialised coaching and onboarding of new sales consultants
- Driving Harcourts' recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent within and beyond our network
- Conducting business planning sessions with sales consultants
- Developing and delivering specialist training, such as lead generation, client experience, auctioneering, and leadership, as well as supporting additional workshops as needed
- Promoting Harcourts Academy programs to increase participation and ensuring network members receive continuous learning and development
- Working with the NZ Head of Academy to create and implement an annual training calendar and marketing schedule for all programs.
In this role, you'll work closely with Harcourts Academy, Regional Managers, and other key stakeholders to create a cohesive and supportive network that empowers each team member to thrive.
About you
To excel in this role, you bring not only a successful background in real estate but also a passion for people development and a strategic approach to coaching and performance enhancement. Your ability to build strong relationships, inspire growth, and adapt training to meet diverse learning needs will be crucial.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has an active real estate salesperson license and proven success and experience in real estate sales in New Zealand (essential)
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and coaching skills to support high-performance teams
- Has ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicates effectively across all levels and excels in delivering engaging presentations
- Is well-organised, proactive and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Is willing to take the initiative to get the job done
