ABOUT THE COMPANY
A privately owned New Zealand freight forwarder who now have offices in other countries. A full service forwarder well known in the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within a small but busy Import Customer Service team, this role involves providing day to day support to Operations and the Customer Services team and Key Account clients. This includes accurate and on-time processing of shipment orders, and providing the highest levels of expertise and service at all times.

ABOUT YOU
The role is within the freight forwarding industry so we do require this experience along with the below attributes;

  • Calm under pressure

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Think outside the box and use your initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication; verbal & written
