Job Description

  • Service, maintain, and repair compressor systems at customer sites.
  • Engage directly with customers to provide timely solutions and address concerns.
  • Document all work accurately through reports and timesheets, ensuring compliance


Job Overview:
As a Compressor Servicer, you'll be responsible for providing on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressor systems at customer locations. You'll ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard while maintaining safety protocols and excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, repairs, and preventative maintenance on compressor systems.
  • Interact directly with customers to address their needs and resolve issues.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship is consistently delivered.
  • Accurately document all work done through reports and timesheets.
  • Troubleshoot and repair compressor systems using technical manuals and schematics.
  • Follow all safety procedures and complete required inductions.
  • Report accidents or near misses, regardless of severity.
  • Work independently on-site and in the workshop as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure company standards are met.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Service Manager.


  • Requirements:


  • Some technical knowledge of compressor systems and related equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair compressor systems efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A strong focus on safety and following regulations.
  • Current NZ driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Previous experience in compressor servicing is preferred but not mandatory.
