Job Description

Receptionist
We are on the hunt for a part-time remote receptionist to work for a small family-owned manufacturing company, who are based in the Selwyn district. This is an exciting opportunity which will start in 2025.

Hours of work:
This is a part time position, (Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Booking in jobs for the technicians (Using Tradify system)
  • Manage and respond to general email enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients


Requirements for this role:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently, as this is a remote role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean criminal record
