The Role
The main purpose of the role is to source new business through a variety of lead generating avenues, it is the right role for someone who demonstrates true “hunter” sales values, tenacious, dynamic, energetic, professional, results driven and while always demonstrating an understanding and responsiveness to client’s needs.

Due to the specific offering being detailed there is a big learning curve involved with substantial training – investment into the best people is what this company prides themselves on, a high level of commitment and drive to succeed is definitely needed for this job, you’ll never look back. There will be a mixture of prospecting on the phone and also meeting clients face to face to you need to enjoy and have an interest in doing both styles of the sales process.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Cold calling forms a portion of the role as does networking and market research to generate leads and to close sales.

Your skills
It’s all about attitude and transferrable skills, as you know, working in a sales role is demanding and rewarding, it’s about working smart, with integrity, continually striving for more and at all times searching for new opportunities. You need to be energetic but thoughtful with your enthusiasm, have proven sales experience sales in the professional world and a successful record of establishing new business through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
