About the role

We're looking for a talented Head of Marketing and Engagement to join our leadership team.

Reporting to the GM Corporate Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing our group brand strategy, managing external and internal communications, and driving our events and customer experience programmes. You will work strategically to build on the strong brand and capability of the Harcourts Group, while ensuring the Cooper & Co voice in everything we do.Â

Managing our digital channels, you will have experience in digital marketing, SEO and social media. Experience with CRM and performance marketing will be a plus.

The Marketing and Engagement function also has a crucial role in driving the positive culture within Cooper & Co, which is the most important ingredient in our success. You will work with the Managing Director on driving our culture forward, partnering with our management team and people function while delivering a calendar of events to develop and engage our team.

The best candidates for this role will be as comfortable setting strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to work alongside your team to drive results. Additionally the ideal applicant will demonstrate:

  • Positive leadership and management skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and industry bodies and individuals
  • Ability to deal with complaints and demands from both the internal and external environment in a professional, timely and fair manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy and work ethic
  • A creative and hardworking attitude
  • Enjoy a challenge and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
