TeTūranga – About the role
As an Internal Communications Specialist reporting to the Senior Communications Partner, this 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) role is a maternity cover and focuses on fostering connection and engagement within Support Centre teams, through effective communications and events.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing high-quality, engaging content across various media and communication channels. This includes planning and delivering monthly leadership calls, supporting the CEO's weekly communications, and delivering monthly support centre townhalls.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to communicate key activities, changes, and updates effectively across the co-op.
- Evolving our internal brand guidelines, tools, and templates so we’re communicating more consistently and effectively across our co-op.
- Supporting the delivery of internal events with creativity and excellence as part of our extensive events calendar.
Innovating and exploring new communication channels, and providing training to deepen audience engagement and connection.
