In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process with clients and candidates offering permanent opportunities. You will be pivotal in driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.


To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.
