What We’re Looking For:

  • Cold Calling Confidence: You should be comfortable and skilled in making cold calls.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) is essential.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Organized and Efficient: You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of NZME customers, handling both sales and general administrative tasks.
  • Team Player: You’ll work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hardworking environment.


About the Role: This office-based position focuses on phone sales and managing a broad classified portfolio of NZME customers. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, selling solutions, and handling administrative tasks while thriving in a dynamic and energetic team setting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in sales, preferably in telemarketing.
  • Customer Service Background: Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
  • Advertising/Marketing Knowledge: An advantage if you have qualifications or experience in this field.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to work at pace with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Target-Driven: Motivated by meeting targets and achieving both individual and team goals.
