Job Description

Office Administrator - 6 month contract - CBD Our client is a global software company based in the CBD. They are currently seeking an Office Administrator to ensure smooth operations within their New Zealand office, great team culture, office based 5 days per week, car parking provided.

Key Responisibilities:

As an Office Administrator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our client's Auckland office. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, greeting clients and visitors, coordinating events, and overseeing facilities management. Your proactive approach will be key in handling correspondence, maintaining office equipment, and managing suppliers.


* Manage daily functions of assigned offices
* Provide high-end VIP experience for guests
* Coordinate social and corporate responsibility office initiatives
* Partner with relevant teams to coordinate events and celebrations
* Manage facilities and maintenance issues proactively
* Review supplier prices and rates to ensure best value for money


Key attributes:

* Proven background in administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
