About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Membership Administrator to join their team. This important role involves processing membership applications, updating records, and assisting with payment processing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process membership applications (both paper and online) and input them into the system.
  • Scan and upload application documents.
  • Send welcome emails to new members.
  • Communicate with employers regarding membership details and payment information.
  • Set up and manage direct debit payments for members.
  • Check the system for duplicate records and resolve issues.
  • Update member information and account details as required.
  • Assist with payment processing and ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to general membership inquiries and provide support.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a membership or customer service setting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook 365.
  • Familiarity with membership management systems (experience with Stratum is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
